Dublin Orthodontics is now providing the facility for patients to pay their fees on-line. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the online payment facility.

Terms and Conditions

Patients can now pay treatment fees by logging onto Dublin Orthodontics online payment facility. Please read these terms and Dublin Orthodontics Privacy Statement carefully before using the online payment facility. By using the online payment facility on this website you have indicated that you have accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms you should not use this online payment facility.

Service Provider

Payments are made through a secure payment gateway.

Online payments of treatment fees can be made by credit or debit card. These payments are collected by the Service Provider on behalf of Dublin Orthodontics. The transaction is received and validated by the Service Provider (Stripe - you can view Stripe's terms and conditions here). The patient making the payment will get an immediate notification to confirm whether or not the card validation was successful. The funds will be transferred from your account.  Dublin Orthodontics will not receive any of your card details.

All payments are in EURO and your account will be immediately debited for the amount.

Refund Policy

In the event that a refund is due as a result of an overpayment or a credit due, that refund will be made to the credit/debit card. Alternately the refund will be made by EFT payment to the patient’s bank account.

Before making any payments, you should ensure that the amount you are trying to pay does not exceed any limits placed on your card by its issuer. Please note usually Laser cards will have a €1500 limit. Dublin Orthodontics cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure payment has been made.

The following cards can be used on this site: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Laser

Please allow for 7-10 days for your patient records with Dublin Orthodontics to be updated following payment.

To pay your treatment fees online, you will need to have the following to hand:

• Patient Name (Not parent or guardian);
• Patients Date of Birth (DD/MON/YYYY) - this is used to validate the patient to ensure that any payments are credited to the correct patient;
• Location of where treatment is being carried out;
• Phone number of the payee/patient
• Valid email address - the payee/patient will receive notification of successful and/or unsuccessful payments and transactions. This email address will not be used by Dublin Orthodontics to contact the patient on issues unrelated to the payment. The patient should keep this email as proof of payment.
• Debit / Credit card: Where applicable you must have the credit/debit/laser card number, the CVV number, the expiry date, the start date, name and email;

The data that you provide during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment.  Dublin Orthodontics will comply with its obligations under existing or future Data Protection legislation with regards to dissemination of personal information to any third party.
