Medium size spoon or your clean fingers
Well lit room
Facial Photos (3 photos)
The first one is photo of your face from the front while relaxed. Make sure that you are biting all the way down while taking the photo.
The second is a photo of your face from the front while smiling naturally. Again, make sure that you are biting all the way down while taking the photo.
The third is a photo of your side profile while looking straight ahead. Again, make sure that you are biting all the way down while taking the photo.
Intra-Oral Photos (5 photos)
The first one is photo of your face from the front while relaxed. Make sure that you are biting all the way down while taking the photo.
For the second and third photos, stay in the same bite as the first picture, but this time you can use your fingers or a medium size spoon to retract one cheek all the way back and with your free hand, take a side shot of your teeth. Repeat for the opposite side.

For the fourth photo, try to told your head slightly up and aim to take a snap shot of your upper teeth arch. You can use a spoon or your fingers to retract your upper lip.
For the fifth and last photo, hold your head down, open as wide as you can, then take a snapshot of your lower teeth arch.
